EVERY STEP OUTSIDE OF LOVE IS SIN

So lately I've been having series of dreams and what seems to be endless thoughts about the end of the world: rapture and my constant prayer is that God should make me rapturable. Now because of this I'm constantly thinking of what actually constitutes sin, what I'm doing wrong and I try to avoid "obvious sins" (there is something about the fear of not making heaven that'll set you straight😀) until I read "Every step outside love is sin" from a Kenneth E Hagin's book I'm reading. 

I realise now that living righteous is more than compliance with a series of do's and don'ts. Many Christians who abide perfectly by do's and don'ts are still sinning. How? By not walking in love. Our attitudes are wrong. We need to maintain a love attitude towards our fellow man. If we don't, we are sinning.

John 13:34 : "A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another, AS I HAVE LOVED YOU, that ye also love one another (Emphasis mine😁). "AS I HAVE LOVED YOU". You know that overwhelming, reckless love, that good stuff yeah? that leaves the ninety-nine for the one?  Yeah that's the one, the same love we are to show to our fellow man.

So what is even this love? 1 COR 13: 1-8  I would love to reproduce it but I feel like this is already epistle enough 🙈.

Ehhhh, I'm just gonna do it😝. At least from verse 4.

1 CORINTHIANS 13: 4 - 8

Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured.  It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening].  Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]. But as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for the gift of special knowledge, it will pass away.

So it follows that any step in breach of the provisions of the above scripture amounts to a step in sin.

PRAYER: That the Lord gives us grace to choose to let the love loose that He has put within us (in our spirit), to love all men including our enemies.

WE MUST MAKE HEAVEN!
